Importance of Cutural Differences
To acknowledge other people's beliefs is very important in the modern era. If you offend others, they most likely won't want to cooperate with anything you want them to do. So being aware of their culture and how they do things is very important. For example, if I were to make fun of someone because of their different clothing, they probably wouldn't want to participate in anything I want them to because they aren't comfortable around me.
So to have cultural sensitivity would be a great skill to have because if you are aware of and learned about someone's culture, you should be able to communicate in a peaceful, non-destructive way.
